ASK is pleased to announce the availability of
End User Remote Access to your Office Desktop
and Laptop Computers.
This new functionality will allow end users
to remotely access their Desktop and Laptop
computers without the hassle of VPN
connections or special software.
You can
access your office Desktop or Laptop from any
PC connected to the Internet. This option is
perfect for end users that are traveling or
need remote access to files on their office
computer.
You may already utilize a remote access
product such as GoToMyPc® or
Microsoft Remote Desktop®
for this
functionality. ASK is now offering a better
and less expensive solution exclusively to
our Managed
Services Customers.
Our product is fully integrated with our
Managed Service agent and provides extensive
security and logging for each session.
To take advantage of this new functionality
you can purchase ASK Remote Access end user
licenses in the following bundles:
5 ASK Remote Access CALs
10 ASK Remote Access CALs
25 ASK Remote Access CALs
50 ASK Remote Access CALs
100 ASK Remote Access CALs
You need to purchase one CAL (Client Access
License) per end user who needs remote
access. You can choose to purchase CALs for
as many or as few of your end users as
needed.
There are absolutely no setup fees.
ASK Remote Access gives you many features
including:
- Remote Control
- Remote Printing
- File Transfers
- Mini Meetings
Your ASK Remote Access CAL Bundle includes
unlimited technical support and software
upgrades.
The CAL charge will be included in your
Managed Service Invoice. CAL bundles will be
coterminous with your current ASK Managed
Services Contract.
