ASK understands that, for a business, technology has no intrinsic value of its own. Its only value is its ability to enable reduced costs, increased revenues or streamlined processes. Every ASK product and service is built on this premise.
In order to provide real business value through technology, an understanding of the client's needs and goals is at the foundation of every solution and proposal produced by ASK. Our methodology has been built to ensure that we are consistently exceeding these goals and it includes the following elements:
This business interview process involves following a well established methodology for uncovering all of the elements and factors behind a client's stated needs. It typically involves a facilitated workshop with multiple customer stakeholders. A high value is placed on consensus and understanding of needs verses wants and future desires.
Unlike the Client Assessment, this study focuses on technology. It utilizes multiple technical tools to assess the current performance of a clients IT network and to identify potential problem areas.
The expected business results are clearly identified along with the anticipated technology costs needed to enable these results.
Every customer is offered regularly scheduled reviews with a member of ASK senior management. We are committed to holding these regular meetings in order to ensure that we are continuing to exceed customer expectations.
