ArtForm400
For all of our IBM System i customers who are concerned with managing the quality, appearance, and distribution of their output, ASK presents the ArtForm suite of products. ArtForm400 allows you to design forms using a WYSIWYG editor on your PC, but unlike most competing products, it runs entirely on your IBM System i. No additional servers or hardware are necessary. ArtForm saves you even more money by eliminating the need for IPDS printers and pre-printed forms. Right out of the box, the base product provides:

InterFax400
ArtForm can send faxes through most fax servers that accept an emailed PDF, but Interfax is directly integrated with the base product, eliminating potential problems with the hand-off of documents from one application or server to another. InterFax can also be used to distribute faxes in your PC environment through the provided driver.
InterWord400
ArtForm provides the foundation for enabling merging of boilerplate text and images with data on your IBM System i using InterWord. InterWord takes a Rich-Text document and replaces keywords with DB2 data, and allows you to control how it is presented. For example, you might format dates in day/month/year for international communication, or you might choose to spell it out for more official communication. End users specify the document to print, and InterWord and ArtForm work together to pull the information together and distribute the results.
InterArchive400
InterArchive captures all of your spool data and provides the storage, retrieval, security and archiving of these documents. These archive files are stored within the IFS and documents can automatically be transferred to an alternate data store on your network after a period of time. Retrieval of the documents can be done via green-screen interface or through the web-based user interface - allowing you the option of providing your archived documents to external users based on the permissions of their login account.
InterExcel400
This stand-alone product allows you to create a spreadsheet or document based on DB2 tables on your IBM System i. Creating formatted reports is easy, and when your users pull them up they open directly within Microsoft Excel (or another application of your choosing) ready to be emailed or manipulated. Through integration with ArtForm, you can directly email Excel reports from your IBM System i.
PDF Security
The PDF security module will enable you to encrypt and password protect your PDF documents preventing un-intended people from reading your business documents and correspondence. The password protection will enable you to apply a Master password and user password. Thereby you have one password for your own organization and a particular one for the recipient of the documents.
Adding a Digital signature to a PDF document is another way of adding security to your business documents. A Digitally signed document ensures authentication and thereby ensures the recepient of your documents that you are actually the sender of the document. It also eliminates any ambiguity that might be created by someone editing one of your documents and then claiming it is the original.
InterPJL400
InterPJL400 enables added control of your Multi-Function Printers and secures optimal usage of your printer devices in your organization. It lets you use all of your advanced finishing options in your multi-function printers. With the module InterPJL400 installed, you can add these missing PJL sequences. This information is sent back to the spool system providing you with the necessary support.
